There is no single official Easter flower. However, the daffodil and Easter lily are among the flowers most closely associated with Easter, partly because they bloom in spring around the Easter period.

Yellow flowers are closely associated with Easter, just like Easter eggs and decorative chicks. For a beautiful Easter table, combine them with soft pastel shades such as pink, lilac or blue. Purple and orange flowers, combined with fresh greenery and decorative branches, can also create an attractive spring arrangement.

In addition to daffodils, many other spring flowers are perfect for Easter, including tulips, chamomile, yellow roses, freesias and lilies. They are often combined with other seasonal flowers to create a fresh, colourful and cheerful Easter bouquet.

The vast majority of our florists are closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, so flower delivery is generally not available on these days. We recommend having your Easter bouquet, flower arrangement or plants delivered on Good Friday or Holy Saturday instead.

Spring plant arrangements are a particularly popular gift for Easter. A planter filled with Tête-à-Tête daffodils, grape hyacinths and hyacinths, combined with typical Easter decorations such as feathers or small eggs, makes an attractive seasonal gift.

For many people, the daffodil or narcissus is the quintessential Easter flower. Other spring flowers, such as yellow tulips, yellow roses and hyacinths, as well as decorative Easter branches, can also instantly create a cheerful and festive Easter atmosphere.

Absolutely. Easter is a cheerful family celebration filled with Easter eggs and bright colours, and Easter flowers fit perfectly into this festive atmosphere. A beautiful Easter bouquet or spring flower arrangement makes a lovely gift and can also be used to decorate the Easter table.

In a vase, tulips generally last between 7 and 12 days, while cut hyacinths last around 5 to 10 days. In a planted arrangement, tulips have a similar flowering period, while hyacinths can remain attractive for an additional one to two weeks.
