Gift vouchers

You can use the gift card online at fleurop.be or in-store at one of the 265 affiliated Fleurop-Interflora florists. You can find them via the “find a florist” section on the website.

Gift cards are available 24/7 online at fleurop.be. Digital gift cards are sent instantly to the email address of your choice. Physical gift cards ordered before 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day.

Select your product, fill in your details, and during checkout process choose “Fleurop-Interflora gift card” as your payment method. Then enter the card details.

You can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

The gift card can be used for the entire Fleurop-Interflora range.

The remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used for a future purchase.

In case of an interruption, the gift card value will automatically be restored after a few hours.

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. To check the balance and validity, enter the barcode at the top of the page and click “show”.

Fleurop-Interflora cannot be held responsible if a gift card is lost or stolen, or if its code becomes unreadable due to wear. We therefore recommend keeping your gift card and its code in a safe place.

Yes. Fleurop-Interflora gift cards are a valid payment method and, where the terms of the promotion allow it, can also be used in combination with a discount code. Always check the specific conditions of the promotional code or offer.

Fleurop-Interflora offers two types of gift cards: a digital gift card, which can be sent immediately to an email address of your choice, and a physical gift card, which we prepare and send by post. This allows you to choose the option that best suits the occasion and recipient.

Yes. In addition to a wide range of existing designs, you can provide your own photo to have it printed on the gift card. This allows you to create a personalised gift card for a birthday, thank-you gift or another special occasion.

Yes. You decide when to use your Fleurop-Interflora gift card and how much of the balance you wish to spend. If there is any value remaining after your first purchase, it stays available on the card and can be used for a future order until the full balance has been spent.

No. A Belgian Fleurop-Interflora gift card can only be used on fleurop.be or at participating Fleurop-Interflora florists in Belgium. It cannot be used for purchases from florists abroad.

If you have received a digital or physical Fleurop-Interflora gift card, you can redeem it on fleurop.be or at one of our affiliated local florists. This makes it easy to use your gift card to order flowers, plants or other available products.

Yes. You can also redeem your gift card at a local florist, provided that the florist is affiliated with the Fleurop-Interflora network.

Yes. If you choose a digital Fleurop-Interflora gift card, it will be sent by email to an address of your choice. It is a quick and easy way to surprise someone and let them choose a beautiful bouquet themselves.
